Please join us for our first “Life After Diagnosis” conference. The conference is designed to provide the most up to date information to parents of children with genetic conditions and is intended to help families learn from professionals and each other about a wide array of topics. Our hope is that this information will help families navigate the challenges they may face in having a child with a genetic condition. Our keynote speaker is world renowned for her work on grief and will be talking to our group about promoting resilience in families with a child with a disability. Other topics include: school advocacy, health insurance, genetics, getting organized, financial planning, finding PCAs, and home and vehicle modification.
