About Life After Diagnosis Program
The Life After Diagnosis (LAD) program is intended to provide information and services to parents of children with genetic conditions. Our conference on June 6th is intended to help families learn from professionals and each other about a wide array of topics. Our hope is that this information will help families navigate the challenges they may face in having a child with a genetic condition.
